What types of soaps do you offer?
At Soap & Flame we specialize in artisanal soaps that feature unique scents such as Fresh Lemon Drop and Old Fashioned Barbershop. Each soap is crafted with quality ingredients for a memorable shower or bath experience.
How do I care for my artisanal soaps?
To keep your soaps in great condition store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It's best to let them dry between uses to prolong their lifespan. Using a soap dish that allows for drainage can also help maintain their quality.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and unused with labels and packaging intact. You can start the return process by contacting us at contact@soapandflame.com.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped you can expect your order to arrive 3 - 5 business days. We offer flat rate shipping for orders under $60 and free shipping for orders over $60 within the United States.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! You can pick up your order at our store located at 159 W Main St., Stoughton, WI. Orders can be picked up Wednesday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you find that your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@soapandflame.com so we can address the issue and make it right.
Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we have a variety of beautifully crafted soaps that make perfect gifts for any occasion!
